Red Eagle Plumbers operates a marketing and dispatch referral service designed to connect residential and commercial property owners with qualified, independent plumbing professionals licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) Board for Contractors.

Red Eagle Plumbers itself does not directly perform physical plumbing, pipefitting, or construction trade work, nor does the brand entity hold itself out as a licensed contractor. All diagnostic assessments, physical plumbing installations, water heater replacements, repiping, drain cleanings, permits, and workmanship warranties are executed and provided directly by the independent Virginia-licensed contractor assigned to your service request.

2. Upfront Estimates & Work Approvals

All prices and cost ranges discussed on this website or over the telephone are informational guidelines only. An exact, binding repair price requires an on-site physical diagnostic inspection by the dispatched licensed technician. Before any physical repair or replacement commences, the technician will present an itemized written estimate detailing labor, materials, permits, and warranty coverage. You are under no obligation to proceed until you have formally approved the written quote.

3. Emergency Dispatch & Arrival Times

Our telephone lines are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for plumbing emergencies. Estimated arrival times communicated over the phone are good-faith estimates based on technician availability and prevailing traffic conditions on Northern Virginia highways (including I-66, Route 28, and the Capital Beltway). Arrival times are never guaranteed. In active water emergencies, homeowners are strongly instructed to shut off their main water service valve immediately while awaiting the technician.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Virginia law, Red Eagle Plumbers and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the physical plumbing services performed by independent licensed contractors, property damage, water loss, mold proliferation, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or supply chain shortages. Any claims regarding defective workmanship, parts failure, or damage must be directed to the licensed independent plumbing company that contracted the work.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from the use of this website shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
